This is a very creative and expressive commercial, which is humorous and just plain fun.  It is short, animated, and comical, and gets the point across.

It stresses the fact that many children may be watching things that are unsuitable for them, and parents can not always be there to watch them.

Using the chicken and eggs gives it a fun, original, and creative feel.
